Optional social time and nightlife exploration. Guests can sightsee, network, gamble, or simply enjoy the Las Vegas energy after dinner.

Free time for content planning, rest, meetings, sightseeing, or enjoying the city before the evening programming begins.

The Vinyl Room
Power Networking Mixer featuring music executives, DJs, business entrepreneurs, and artists. Guests will mix, mingle, and build relationships in a high-energy setting. Premium drinks and cocktails will be available for purchase. The evening will also be videotaped for premium B-roll content.
11:00 PM
Club Hakkasan
VIP suite and section experience. Selected artists' music will be played while the group enjoys the venue, captures B-roll, and builds more event energy in a premium nightlife environment.

SATURDAY

Studio day, intimate recording sessions, interviews, and VIP nightlife
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Full Circle Music Recording Studios / R2R Panels
Each artist receives an intimate private recording session inside the studio. Unreleased music will be created during these sessions. Artists will also be videotaped, interviewed, and photographed on site, capturing both the creative process and the full visual story of the weekend.
5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Neon Fest
Neon Fest runs 5 PM to 12 AM.
6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Break / Dinner / Reset
After the studio session, everyone returns to the hotel or heads out briefly to freshen up, handle personal errands, grab dinner, and get ready for the late-night experience.

Hakkasan
Another premium VIP nightlife experience with food, drinks, bottles, music, and continued relationship-building in Las Vegas.

Red Carpet: The weekend culminates with the awards ceremony and red carpet event, bringing together the full RAGS TO RICHES experience in a final night of recognition, performances, media moments, and celebration.

Live Podcast: Podcast and keynote conversations featuring artists, music executives, and business leaders. Discussions focus on the future of the music business, the evolving music economy, artist growth, and industry strategy.
